Response History Clicking the “View History” button on the Case Reconciliation screen will display the Response History screen. This screen will display all of the comments associated with the case. The response history will house all communication between Fannie Mae and the servicer on a case level basis. Document Download The Document Download screen is only accessible from the “Go to Screen” menu located in the header. This screen will display all of the Document Download requests. The screen will provide access to the downloadable zip file and the REO ID’s contained in the file. Bulk download of documents can be selected from the monthly summary screens.
