When You Cannot Print
Cause
The hub and the printer are incompatible
or have some problem.

Remedy
Troubleshooting
Check that the same IP address is set for the printer
and the printer’s port setting on the computer.
If using OKI LPR Utility, check the IP address setting in
OKI LPR Utility.

Cause
Unsupported USB cable is being used.
A USB hub is being used.
Printer driver is not installed correctly.
Remedy
Use a USB 2.0 cable.
Connect the printer directly to the computer.
Reinstall printer driver.

Cause
The printer is off line.
Remedy
Right-click the printer icon in the [Devices and
Printers] folder, and then select [See what’s printing]
([printer name*] when multiple printer drivers are
installed). In the dialog box displayed, select the
[Printer] menu and then remove the check from [Use
Printer Offline].
