General
The EXACT System provides mechanized order entry, control, and tracking
support for service representatives in the Interexchange Customer Service
Center (ICSC). EXACT, along with TUF (Translator to USOCs and FIDs),
reduces the amount of personnel required in the ICSC and facilitates automated
operations. Mechanized order entry, fewer missed dates, and shortened order
processing intervals increase efficiency and improve provisioning of services.
