5. Highlight the *Open 0 Haz step. Change the incubation time to 10 MIN. 6. Select Save. Probe Hybridization 1. In the Protocol setup screen select ISH Hybridization under the Protocol type menu. 2. Highlight the *ISH Hybridization (2Hr) protocol. Select Copy. 3. Change the Name to ACD 2 Hour Hybridization, the Abbreviated Name to Hyb-2hr, and the Description to ACD 2 Hour Hybridization.
