THEFT & DAMAGE INCREASING IN WANGARATTA TOWNSHIP In the past few months, North East Security has noticed a significant increase in the number of thefts and amount of property damage in the Wangaratta area. From retail outlets, to schools and residences, it appears that thieves and vandals are taking every opportunity they can to target clients who have minimal security. UPDATING THE TIME ON YOUR CCTV SYSTEM Did you know that you need to update the time on your CCTV System when daylight savings starts / ends? You will find the instructions on how to do this in your user manual. If you don’t have a user manual, you can simply google the model number of your system and this should bring up a user manual for you. Alternatively if you are still having trouble changing the time, feel free to contact our office on (03) 5725 2767 and we will be able to arrange a service call for you. WHO YOU GONNA CALL? To streamline your experience with our business and that includes from us initially receiving your call, the service delivery itself and both reporting and accounting purposes we offer more personalised and direct way of contacting us. In the past our Control Room received all calls and this includes queries from our Manpower Clients and there have been delays reported in achieving a timely response.
