PAYMENT TERMS Net 30 days from date of invoice. Returned checks and late payment
fees will be applied.
SHIPMENT All shipments are made FOB Warehouse, located in Walnut, CA.
MINIMUM ORDER Opening order of $250 required and minimum repeat orders of
$200 after. A handling charge of $10 will apply on all orders with a value of less than
minimum established. Minimum order per item is one case pack ($10 fee will apply if
case packs are broken).
RETURNED GOODS Goods returned will not be accepted for credit without authorization. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returned goods for credit where Fagor
America is not at fault. To request a return authorization number, please email a request
sheet with description of damaged goods to: [email protected].
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE Fagor America will issue credit on shortages and/or
damages only if claim is reported within 7 days of delivery.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Goods returned as “defective” are subject to inspection
before claim can be accepted.
DROP CHARGE A $5 drop ship charge applies to all individual shipments.
ROUTING Unless specified, shipment will be made the best way possible.
