Tab: "Qualification"
The referee qualifications required for allocation are stored in the "Qualification" tab.
The checked boxes show which qualification the referee appointer has already assigned to the
referee for the league in the corresponding role. Qualifications can be removed and reset here.
If you have checked the box next to "Referee in development program" in the "Further functions" area, this will only be taken into account in automatic appointment. If two suggestions are
of equal value, the automatic selection will choose the referee with a development program flag.
