Enclose a copy of the UPC label from the Nero 12 box. 4. Enclose a copy of the dated sales receipt from a participating retailer. Receipts from Best Buy, Office Max, Dell.com, and Nero.com do not qualify. If you purchased this product online, your dated sales receipt is your confirmation mail from your online purchase. 5. Enclose Proof of ownership from one of the qualifying products listed.
