Section 9. Running in a WebSphere Application Server
environment
The previous sections have gone through the building and testing cycle for a sample
servlet application using SQLJ to access a DB2 database. Now it's time to deploy
and run this sample application in a WebSphere Application Server. This section will
describe all the steps for deploying, configuring, managing, and testing the sample
application in such an environment.
You will manage configurations and states of application servers, applications, and
other resources in the WebSphere administrative domain through the administrative
console.
