We extend Thirty (30) Days open account to customers on approved credit. And we offer a cash discount of 2% for payment made within 10 days of the invoice date.
These discounts will be indicated on our invoice to you. If credit terms are desired on new accounts, please accompany your first order with credit information. Your
first order placed will be C.O.D., unless pre-approved. Current bank interest rates will be charged to overdue accounts. Should suit be instituted to collect any
debts, customer will pay all actual cost of collection and Attorney fees.

Freight charges are $1,200.00 pre-paid throughout the continental United States ($1,800 pre-paid to Hawaii) all orders contain a handling fee.

CLAIMS
All claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made with the freight company.
DEFECTS
The billing department must be notified of any defects and price or quality errors within 5 working days after receipt of shipment.
Defective mechandise may be returned no later than 30 days after receipt.
RETURNS
No merchandise may be returned without approval (written or verbal) from our office. All merterial should be returned prepaid. No
merchandise may be returned that has been out of the factory for 3 months or longer. Merchandise that has been discontinued,
either in our catalog or price sheet, cannot be returned under any circumstances. No returns shall be accepted on special order
items.
CREDITS
Credit for returned goods not accompanied by the original invoice number will be issued at the current price from which shall be
deducted.
-20% of the net credit value, for handling and restocking.
Credit for freight charges shall be issued on defective materials and in-house errors only. Credit not taken within a one year period will
be forfeited. Refund checks shall not be issued unless the account is to be closed permanently.

Several years ago we started seeing grout tubs appear in the American flooring market...

Contrary to what you may believe, grout tubs have been a very useful cleanup tool in Europe for 30 years. Initially developed by Germany and now appearing all over the
USA, this tool bucket kit is quite the time saver. The tub and sponge design provide many benefits. The slit fabric backed sponge allows sand to release more easily and the fabric
material attaches to a Velcro handle making it interchangeable. The extra large plastic handle attachment keeps the sponge flat thus preventing excessive grout removal and cleaning
a larger area faster. Now, if you think cutting your grouting time in half isn’t a good enough reason for using one of these great tubs hear this. The No. 1 reason I love this tool
is that I can feel my child’s face again. That’s right, you know what I’m talking about. Grout has chemicals in it the make your hands feel like cardboard. This setup prevents you
from putting your hands in the grout water... “soft hands, wow, what a nice feeling”. I’ve used several tubs but have found the Troxell® tub system is the best unit on the market.
Some brands have plastic rollers that break easily. Troxell has a non-breakable rustproof stainless steel roller system. Other systems also have a sponge glued to the handle. This
