9 FRONT CASTERS 9 Front Casters 9.1 WARNING After any adjustments, repair or service and before use, make sure all attaching hardware is tightened securely. Otherwise injury or damage may occur. Installing/Replacing 15.24 x 20.32 cm (6 or 8 in) Front Casters and Forks WARNING If converting from six-inch caster to an eight-inch caster or vice versa, there are seat-to-floor height adjustments that MUST be made. Therefore, this procedure MUST be performed by a qualified technician. For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 1 on page 46. This procedure can be performed if replacing the exact same size front caster.
