Preparatory steps for stand set-up
Step 1: allocation of your stand
As soon as allocation of your stand is confirmed, COMEXPOSIUM SECURITY will send you (by letter or
email) a plan of your stand together with the access details for your Exhibitor Area on services.milipol.com.
This plan will enable you to set up your stand along with any additional services.
Step 2: Security and Health Protection

Step 3: booking additional technical services (internet connection, telephone services, parking
spaces, etc.)
Services to be booked before the exhibition:
See all bookable and additional services in the catalogue, available in your Exhibitor Area on
services.milipol.com.
extra fittings,
furniture,
plant rental,
video and office equipment,
coffee machine.
Services booked during assembly:
NB: stocks of equipment will be limited during the assembly period. On-site services will therefore be provided
according to availability.
If you reserve additional services during assembly of the exhibition, they must be ordered as early as
possible, before the event, in order to ensure the best service in terms of range, colours, volume and
delivery times.
On site, services ordered will be supplied depending on available stocks.
Other additional services:
Security officers, hostesses, caterers, handlers, etc.

Step 4: delivery of your stand from Monday 16 of November 2015 at 8.00 a.m.
