QuickTrieve users are subject to the Data Retrieval Service Agreement at the end of this schedule;
Usage of prepaid service need not involve contiguous months, but each partial month counts as a full month;
Refunds for unused service are limited as described in the Return Policy on page 8.
QuickTrieve Custom Portfolios

Custom portfolios provide once-a-day updates on data from your choice of world markets. Portfolio content is
arranged and may be modified by the user through the software. A $10 minimum charge applies to portfolio
changes handled by the CSI Sales/Technical Support staff.
In our Custom Portfolio packages, you can mix and match futures and cash with stocks, indexes and funds. One
contract equals one delivery month. (E.g. April and June gold equal two contracts. Each contract trades off
evenly with any group of ten stocks, indices and mutual funds.) If a portfolio contains a mix of stocks, mutual funds
and futures, the CSI accounting system will count each commodity contract as equivalent to ten stocks.
Prepaid custom portfolios include history on-demand, allowing you to do extensive historical testing right from
the start. History on-demand refers to futures, stock, index and fund data ordered through the QuickTrieve
software for immediate on-line retrieval. All history on-demand orders are subject to a 3-month minimum per
series. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Seasonal Indexes are not available as history on-demand, so they not included in this offer.
These rates apply to a maximum of 26 updates per month. If more than 26 days are updated, a surcharge of 4%
of your monthly rate will apply for each additional update. These rates apply to domestic and Canadian network
callers and to those dialing direct from any location.
