Whenusingelectricalappliances,basicsafetyprecautions

2. Thisheaterishotwheninuse.Toavoidburns,donot

12.Aheaterhashotandarcingorsparkingpartsinside.
Donotuseitinareaswheregasoline,paint,or

13.Usethisheateronlyasdescribedinthismanual.Any

THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the

operationisvirtuallysilent.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefullyunpackyourheaterfrombox,pleasesave
thecartonforoff-seasonstorage.
2. Placeheateronafirm,levelsurface.
3. Plugheaterintoastandardoutlet.
NOTE:Avoidoverloadingyourcircuitbynotusing
otherhighwattageappliancesinthesameoutlet.At
1500watts,thisunitdraws12.5Amps.
Mode Control
TurntheModeControltothedesiredsetting:
0 - Off Mode
Ifyouwanttoshutofftheheateratanytimeduring
operation,turntheModeControltoOff(0)position.
1 - LOW Heat
Theheaterwillruncontinuouslyat750W.
2 - HIGH Heat
Theheaterwillruncontinuouslyat1500W.
NOTE:Tostarttheheateroperation,makesurethe
ThermostatControlisturnedfullyclockwisetothehighest
position.PowerLightwillremainlituntiltheheateris
switchedOffat(0)position.
Thermostat Control
1. Beforesettingthethermostat,allowheatertooperate
andwarmuptheroom.Setthethermostattothe
highestsetting(9)tostarttheheater.
2. Whenthedesiredtemperaturecomfortlevelis
reached,lowerthethermostatsettinguntiltheheater
stopsoperating.Thisisdonebymovingthe
ThermostatControltowardlowersetting.
3. Thethermostatwillnowautomaticallymaintainthe
pre-settemperaturelevelbyturningtheheaterON
andOFF.

Whentheheaterisaccidentallyknockedover,itwill
instantlyshutoff.Theheatermayalsoshutoffifitis
movedorbumped.Toreset,simplyplacetheheaterinan
uprightposition,andturntheModeControltothedesired
heatsettingandheaterwillresumeoperation.

TIP:Overtime,dustmayaccumulateonthegrills.

General Information:
AUTO SAFETY SHUT-OFF
Thisheaterisequippedwithatechnologically-advanced
safetysystemthatrequirestheusertoresettheheaterif
thereisapotentialoverheatsituation.Whenapotential
overheattemperatureisreached,thesystemwill
automaticallyshuttheheateroff.Itcanonlyresume
operationwhentheuserresetstheunit.

thermostat.Theyarenotintendedtoreplacecentral
heatingsystems.

contains no user serviceable parts. All servicing
