Fixing, Installing Telecommunication
Equipments as per appendix- "B" enclosed

(i.e. Coy/unit HQ.Other estt. etc.)

or better (user to specify as per their area
of deployment) emission norms prescribed
in latest CMVR with modification &
applicable to special purpose vehicles
