CARTLOAD SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
Cartload services are provided to those exhibitors arriving in privately-owned vehicles and have small hand-carried items that need to
be delivered to and from the dock/booth location.
Freight that is too large or heavy must be handled by Shepard at their freight handling rates and will be routed through the Marshalling
Yard.
No personal trucks (1 ton & over), no rental trucks, or bobtails will be unloaded through cartload service.
All items must fit on flat bed cart (approximately 3'x4' in size) and weighing less than 250 lbs. total. To receive this service, proceed
directly to the POV lot and watch for the Cartload Service signage.
Freight will be unloaded from the specific POV dock location designated by Shepard.
