Disassembling and assembling
KION
PIVap vaporizers
The PIVap vaporizers must not be disassembled
further than showed in chapter 6 ”Maintenance” and
in the KION Spare Parts List.

Vaporizer magazine
• Remove the three screws (1).
• Carefully lift off the magazine cover (2).

• Remove the four screws (3).
• Carefully lift off the vaporizer magazine (4).

Note: The slide bars (5) are teflon coated and must
be handled carefully.

When assembling the vaporizer magazine:
KION9020
• Place the vaporizer magazine (4) very carefully in
position onto the magazine hub (6).
