Removal: Transmission
1. Remove left side Subframe (see Left Side
Subframe Removal section)
5. Remove outer belt
2. Remove transmission case intake duct
and Track Guard
6. Remove crank bolt and outer shaft
collar.
3. Remove left side-cover
- You will need a pin-type face spanner wrench
(6mm pin - 35mm span or adjustable)
4. Remove outer transmission case
assembly. Be careful not to damage the
gasket if you don’t have a replacement.
Be sure to pull the case off straight. Tap
case lightly with a mallet to break the
seal.
7. Remove transmission driver sheave
