Estructura de gobierno
Facet Ibérica, S.A. tiene una estructura directiva unitaria. No hay
miembros del Consejo de Administración que tengan la consideración
de independientes o no ejecutivos. Ninguno de sus componentes
recibe prestación económica por el desempeño del cargo.
El grupo no contempla acuerdos económicos o retribuciones
especiales por la realización de acciones en el ámbito social
y ambiental. No obstante, la dirección general ha establecido
una remuneración por la creación de valor añadido, sujeta al
cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización. Consta de una
parte fija y otra variable.
Governance structure
Facet Ibérica, S.A. is established with a unitary directive structure.
There are no members of the Board of Directors who have the
consideration of independent or non-executive. None of them
receives economic benefit for the performance of their position.
Although the Group does not count on economic agreements
or special remunerations by carrying out social or environmental
projects, the Managing Direction has established a compensation for
the creation of added value. It consists of a fixed and a variable part
and it is subject to the fulfillment of management objectives.
