En station automatique
• Je dois posséder une carte bancaire. Je retire un Vélhop
directement en station automatique avec ma carte bancaire
ou en appelant le 09 69 39 36 67.
• Je reçois un code d’accès qui me permet de récupérer la clé
de mon vélo et de partir à Vélhop. Je rends mon vélo dans la
même station, à l’aide du même code.
En boutique
• Je me rends en boutique Vélhop muni d’une pièce d’identité
et de 150 € pour le dépôt de garantie.

Vélhop How it works
At the automated station
• I must have a credit card. I pick up a Vélhop directly at the
automated station with my credit card or by calling
+33 9 69 39 36 67.
• I am allocated an access code which lets me collect
my bicycle key and leave by Vélhop at a chosen station.
I return my bike to the same station, using the same code.

AUSLEIHSTATION
• Sie müssen eine Kreditkarte zur Verfügung haben. Sie holen
sich ihr Fahrrad direkt von der Station ab, automatisch mit
Kreditkarte oder einem Telefonanruf unter + 33 9 69 39 36 67. • Sie erhalten einen Zugriffscode mit dem sie sich den
Schlüssel ihres Fahrrads holen können und mit Vélhop
losradeln können. Sie geben ihr Fahrrad anschließend an
derselben Station mit demselben Code ab.
Läden
• In einem der Vélhop Läden können sie ein Fahrrad mieten
gegen Vorlage eines Lichtbildausweises und der Hinterlegung
von 150€ als Kaution. Fragen?
