1. Qualifications for Application - ಴㗿⾗ᩰ
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
ᣣᧄߩᄢቇࠍතᬺߒߚ⠪෶ߪߎࠇߣห╬એ਄ߩቇജ߇޽ࠆߣ⹺߼ࠄࠇߚ⠪‫߅ߥޕ‬㧘ᣣᧄߩ
ᄢቇࠍතᬺߒߚ⠪ߣห╬એ਄ߩቇജ߇޽ࠆߣ⹺߼ࠄࠇࠆ⠪ߪ㧘એਅߦ⹥ᒰߔࠆ⠪ߣߔࠆ‫ޕ‬
Applicant must be a graduate from a Japanese university or have academic ability
equal or superior to that of a Japanese university graduate. A person will be deemed to
have academic ability equal or superior to that of a Japanese university graduate, if
he/she meets one of the following conditions.
a) ᄖ࿖ߦ߅޿ߡ㧘ቇᩞᢎ⢒ߦ߅ߌࠆ㧝㧢ᐕߩ⺖⒟ࠍୃੌߒߚ⠪෸߮㧞㧜㧝㧟ᐕ㧥

a) Persons who have completed 16 years of academic education outside of
Japan or will complete it by September 30, 2013.
b) ᄖ࿖ߩቇᩞ߇ⴕ߁ㅢାᢎ⢒ߦ߅ߌࠆ᝼ᬺ⑼⋡ࠍᚒ߇࿖ߦ߅޿ߡጁୃߔࠆߎߣ
ߦࠃࠅᒰ⹥ᄖ࿖ߩቇᩞᢎ⢒ߦ߅ߌࠆ㧝㧢ᐕߩ⺖⒟ࠍୃੌߒߚ⠪෸߮㧞㧜㧝㧟

b) Persons who have completed 16 years of formal education in foreign
countries by taking a correspondence course through a non-Japanese
university while residing in Japan or will complete it by September 30,
2013.
c) ᚒ߇࿖ߦ߅޿ߡ㧘ᄖ࿖ߩᄢቇߩ⺖⒟㧔ߘߩୃੌ⠪߇ᒰ⹥ᄖ࿖ߩቇᩞᢎ⢒ߦ߅ߌ
ࠆ㧝㧢ᐕߩ⺖⒟ࠍୃੌߒߚߣߐࠇࠆ߽ߩߦ㒢ࠆ‫ޕ‬㧕ࠍ᦭ߔࠆ߽ߩߣߒߡᒰ⹥ᄖ

c) Persons who have successfully completed 16 years of formal education and
earned a degree equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an undergraduate
program at an educational institution in a country outside of Japan, which
has been assessed by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science
and Technology (MEXT) of Japan to be equivalent to an undergraduate
program in the education system of Japan, or who will complete it by
September 30, 2013.
