平素は弊社サイアム精密にご愛顧を賜りまして誠に有難う御座います。
弊社よりご購入頂きましたオリオン製品(エアーフィルター・差圧計・オートドレントラップ)に付きまして、
下記の通り『1 年間の保証』を実施させて頂きます事をご案内申し上げます。
【保証内容】
1. 保証期間
o 弊社よりご購入頂いたオリオン製品(エアーフィルター・差圧計・オートドレントラップ)の
納入日より 1 年間とします。
2. 以下の事由により引き起こされた機器への損害(2 次損害も含む)・故障については、当社は責任を負
いません。
A. 取扱い不注意、誤った使用・管理による故障(仕様範囲外、カタログや取扱説明書記載内容以
外での使用。異常な環境条件での使用等)
B. 災害・自然災害(火災、落雷、洪水、地震、異常電圧、その他)
C. 火気、薬品、電気、ガス等の使用
D. 当社又は当社指定サービス業者以外での修理、改造に起因する故障
E. 使用中に生じた傷や劣化等の外観の変化
3. また、当保証は以下についても保証の対象外とします。
o 消耗部品(点検及び定期交換部品)
o タイ国内で非正規ルート(タイ国の総販売店である弊社以外)より購入された製品

Firstly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to your always kind support to us.
We would like to announce that we offer “1 year warranty” service for Orion products (Air Filter, Differential
Pressure Gauge and Auto Drain Trap) to the customers who buy from us.
We are looking forward to your purchase!
<Warranty information>
1. Period of warranty
o Period of warranty for Orion products (Air Filter, Differential Pressure Gauge and Auto
Drain Trap) which you purchase from us is 1 year, counted from the date of delivery.
2. We do not take any responsibility for damage (including indirect damage) or malfunction caused
by following reasons.
A. Malfunction caused by negligence in handling, carelessness and improper use or
management. (In case purchased machine should not be used by the manual book,
catalog, specification, or used under abnormal environment and condition.)
B. Disasters and Natural disasters (Fire, lightening, flood, earthquake, abnormal voltage and
other)
C. Use of fire, chemical, electricity, gas
D. Malfunction caused by repairing or modifying by person other than us or our designated
company.
E. Change of appearance and/or scratch made during use
3. And following items also cannot be covered by this warranty.
o Replacements and parts. (periodic replacement)
o Electrical component
o Products bought in Thailand from non-official supplier. (except for us who is a official
supplier in Thailand)

ご使用の機器の定期的な点検・整備を行う事により、

等の予防対策となります。この機会に是非当社の無償点検サービスをご利用下さい。
【サービス内容】
1. 当社は以下の項目に付き、弊社よりご購入頂いたオリオン製品(エアードライヤー・チラー)の納
入日より、2 年間(計 4 回)無償点検サービスを実施します。
o 当社サービスマンが約 6 ヶ月毎に以下項目に付き機器のコンディションをチェックします。
(ご希望のご日程をお知らせ願います。)
1. 冷媒の圧力チェック
2. 電流チェック
3. コンプレッサーの運転状況チェック
4. 吐出し管の温度チェック
5. コンデンサー部のチェックとダストのエアブロウ
6. 吸込み温度を含む冷却システム全体のチェック
2. チェック後に機器の修理が必要な場合、別途、費用が発生する場合があります。
3. 当無償点検サービスには、交換部品・パーツ等の実費は含みません。
4. 当サービスは、タイ国内で非正規ルート(タイ国の総販売店である弊社以外)より購入された製品
には適応されません。

“Free of charge check” service

Orion products (Air Dryer & Chiller) from us.
We would be happy if our new service could contribute to protective measure for following concerns.

To maintain quality of air, and avoid performance decrement
To prevent problems ⇒ cutting down unnecessary future cost for operation
To prevent production decrease

<Service information>
1. We will provide following “2 year (total 4 times) Free of Charge check” services to customers who
buy Orion products (Air dryer & Chiller) from us, counting from the day on which our product is
delivered to you.
o Our service man will do the checking of machine as to following points for every 6 months.
(please tell us your favorite day)
1. Checking pressure of refrigerant
2. Checking electric current
3. Checking operation of compressor
4. Checking temperature of discharge pipe
5. Checking condenser panel and blow the dust
6. Checking entire cooling system including inlet temperature
2. There may occur additional costs for repairing after conducting free of charge checking (if any)
3. Costs for changing parts, replacements are not included in this free of charge checking service.
4. We cannot offer this service to products bought in Thailand from non-official supplier. (except for
us who is a official supplier in Thailand)

『2 年間の保証』をお付け致します。(当保証は、本体内部のコンプレッサー部並びに熱交換器部のみに適
用されます。)
【保証内容】

A. 弊社より購入頂いたオリオン製品(エアードライヤー・チラー)の納入日より 2 年間としま
す。(保証対象の箇所は本体内部コンプレッサー部と熱交換器部のみとします。)

の修理・交換
B. 電装品類
