Firstly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to your always kind support to us.
We would like to announce that we offer “1 year warranty” service for Orion products (Air Filter, Differential
Pressure Gauge and Auto Drain Trap) to the customers who buy from us.
We are looking forward to your purchase!
<Warranty information>
1. Period of warranty
o Period of warranty for Orion products (Air Filter, Differential Pressure Gauge and Auto
Drain Trap) which you purchase from us is 1 year, counted from the date of delivery.
2. We do not take any responsibility for damage (including indirect damage) or malfunction caused
by following reasons.
A. Malfunction caused by negligence in handling, carelessness and improper use or
management. (In case purchased machine should not be used by the manual book,
catalog, specification, or used under abnormal environment and condition.)
B. Disasters and Natural disasters (Fire, lightening, flood, earthquake, abnormal voltage and
other)
C. Use of fire, chemical, electricity, gas
D. Malfunction caused by repairing or modifying by person other than us or our designated
company.
E. Change of appearance and/or scratch made during use
3. And following items also cannot be covered by this warranty.
o Replacements and parts. (periodic replacement)
o Electrical component
o Products bought in Thailand from non-official supplier. (except for us who is a official
supplier in Thailand)
