• • • Pressure cell is faulty Connecting hose from the pressure cell to the waste gas collector is faulty, kinked or not connected The combustion air supply is obstructed 14.6. Alarm PELLET TEMP. This occurs if the temperature of the pellet sensor reaches a temperature that is too high. The cause analysis must always be conducted by a specialist. Pull out the combustion pan Possible causes: • • • • The rate of delivery of the pellets is too high in the highest power setting. Ø Reduce the pellet quantity in the MAXIMALE menu “(section 10.4.11) 15.1 Function CLEAN STOVE This function makes it possible to clean the unit without ashes escaping into the installation room as a result of underpressure caused by the movement of the door. The setting of the convection fan is too low. Not enough heat is channelled to the installation room. Ø Increase the speed of the convection fan in the MAXIMALE menu (Section 10.4.11) • • The convection fan outlet is obstructed. The chimney draft is too high. • 14.7. Alarm SMOKE FAN • This occurs in the event of an operational fault of the smoke blower. Press the OFF button for 2 seconds. The flue gas fan will run at maximum speed, which causes underpressure in the combustion compartment so that the ashes do not escape out of the combustion compartment. It switches off automatically at the end of the operation. The function can be interrupted by pressing the OFF button. 15.2 Complete cleaning 14.8. Alarm PELLET PROBE or Alarm SMOKE PROBE The unit must be completely cleaned at least monthlyeach heating season. Here, in addition to the cleaning measures already described, the back wall of the combustion chamber must be removed and the flue gas ducts that are behind must be cleaned. This occurs if one of the sensors is faulty. 14.9. Alarm BLACK OUT This occurs if the power supply is interrupted for more than 20 seconds. Please proceed as follows: • • 15. Cleaning In order for the unit to function perfectly, it is absolutely necessary to continually clean the combustion chamber and the ash box. • • • • This cleaning must always be carried out when the unit is cold. Only use a suitable ash vacuum cleaner. Check the connector at regular intervals for a possible build-up of soot and ash. Clean the glass pane with a special glass cleaner or oven spray. Do not use any abrasive materials. - 29 - Pull out the combustion pan. Lift up the back wall, pull it forward to the door and then take it out of the unit to the front.
