Er 12
Temperature sensor plugged in.
Heating OFF
• Only unplug the temperature sensor
when the unit is switched off.
Er 13
SAFE TEMP P (Probe) adjustable
safety circuit fault.
Heating OFF
Er 14
Temperature sensor 1, short-circuit
• Switch ON and set the SAFE TEMP P
to another value. If this clears the fault
when the unit is switched on again,
you can return to using the previous value.
• Check the plug.
• Substitute the temperature sensor.
Er 15
Temperature sensor 2, short-circuit
• Medium temperature sensor 1 or 2
(Pt100 or PT1000) was unplugged
during an operating cycle.
• Difference between the setpoint and
actual values of the adjustable safety
circuit for the minimum temperature
monitoring.
• Short-circuit at temperature
sensor plug.
• Short-circuit in connecting cable
or on temperature sensor.
• Short-circuit at temperature
sensor plug.
• Short-circuit in connecting cable
or on temperature sensor.
Heating OFF
• Check the plug.
• Substitute the temperature sensor.
Er 16
Temperature sensor 1 has exceeded the SAFE TEMP P (Probe)
Heating OFF
Er 17
Temperature sensor 2 has exceeded the SAFE TEMP P (Probe).
• SAFE TEMP P (Probe) is set at a temperature lower than the actuel temperature on the temperature sensor 1.
• SAFE TEMP P (Probe) is set at a temperature lower than the actuel temperature on the temperature sensor 2.
• Allow the medium to cool.
• Set the SAFE TEMP P (Probe) at a higher
temperature
• Allow the medium to cool.
• Set the SAFE TEMP P (Probe) to a higher
temperature
Er 21
Fault during heating plate safety
test.
Fault during heating plate safety
test.
Fault in SAFE TEMP H (Hotplate)
adjustable safety circuit
• Safety relay does not open.
Heating OFF
• S_CHECK cannot generate a higher
H_S_TEMP.
• Difference between the setpoint and
actual values of the adjustable safety
circuit for the heating plate tempeture monitoring

Heating OFF
• Switch off the unit. Allow it to cool down
and then switch on again.
• Switch off the unit. Allow it to cool down
and then switch on again.
• Switch ON in operating mode A and set
the SAFE TEMP P to another value. If
this clears the fault when the unit is
switched on again, you can return to
using the previous value.
