OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
If the swivel filter is clogged and the water cannot run through properly this could
mean: the coffee is too finely ground, two or more paper filters were used or the
coffee grounds have run over the filter.
N.B. Never open the swivel filter during the coffee making phase; not even when
the coffee has not started to drip through the filter. The coffee and the water for the
coffee are scalding hot and could cause burns. If no water flows through the filter
during the coffee making cycle, switch the coffee maker off and wait 10 minutes.
Then open the machine and check the filter.

N.B. The appliance is supplied with a short lead to minimise the risk of injury due to
a long or tangled lead (danger of tripping). If a longer cable is required an extension
cable may be used on condition that: (1) the rated voltage for the extension cable
must correspond to that of the coffee maker and (2) when using the extension cable
care must be taken that it does not hang over the work surface or table top, that it is
out of reach for small children and that no one can trip over it.
YOUR DOUBLE FILTER COFFEE MAKER
Today we are always on the go! That is why we created the double filter coffee maker.
With this coffee maker you can make your coffee in either one or two travel mugs
and take it with you. The two mugs in stainless steel with stay-cool grip surfaces and
matching lids and drinking opening (does not close!) keep the coffee hot and fit into
most car mug holders. Thanks to the sophisticated, double-filter design, with two
separate brewing systems, you can brew either one or two mugs of delicious coffee
at the same time. You can brew decaf on one side and full strength on the other. Or
brew two different flavours or two different types of coffee at the same time. The
double-filter coffee maker switches off automatically when the coffee is made - the
perfect coffee maker for active people who don’t want to do without their coffee when
they are on the road.
