GENERAL INFORMATION
The MEDEL EASI-STEAM is a warm steam device to be used for room humidification.
2. WARNINGS
1. Use this device only as described in this manual and therefore as a room humidification unit. Any other use differing from its original purpose is to be considered
improper and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage
caused due to improper, erroneous and/or unreasonable use or if the device is
used with electrical systems which do not conform to current safety norms.
2. Before connecting the power supply plug, ensure that all electrical data shown on
the rating plate on the adapter corresponds to electrical distribution network data.

4. In the event that the plug on the unit is incompatible with the electrical network,
contact a skilled professional to replace the plug with a suitable alternative. If it is
necessary to use one of these devices, please only use products that conform with
safety norms. Take care not to exceed the maximum power limits recommended on
the adapter or extension cord devices.
5. Do not leave the device plugged in when it is not in use. Disconnect it from the
power supply socket.
6. Uncoil the whole power cable to prevent the possibility of the device overheating.
7. Respect safety norms indicated for electrical equipment; in particular:
a. use only original accessories and components.
b. do not allow the device to become wet;
c. do not immerse the device in water;
d. do not touch the device with wet or damp hands;
e. do not leave the device exposed to direct sunlight;
f. position the device on a horizontal, stable surface during use;
g. children should use this device only under supervision of an adult;
h. do not pull the power cord or the device itself to disconnect the power plug from
the outlet;
i. do not block or obstruct steam output in any way;
j. never drop or insert any object into any opening.
