My Dose Report (MDR) User Guide Mirion Technologies provides a secure and convenient way for your to access your dose history online. To Register follow the steps below: Step 1: Go to www.dosimetry.com. (LHSC approved website) Click on “My Dose Record Log-in” Step 2: Register as a New User. • Enter your email address • Enter your unique badge ID ( this is the 10 digit number located on your badge under the barcode) • Click “ GO” • Read Terms and conditions as listed and click “ I accept” You will then be sent a temporary password Once you have a received your password you can log back into www.dosimetry.com • Click on MDR ( my dose report) • Username ( enter your email address) • Password ( enter new password) • Click “Go” When updates occur to your dose history, an email notification will be sent to you.
