Complete the form by answering all the questions of the Annual Renewal Form for All Studies (Interventional and Non-Interventional Studies). Once all of these questions have been answered, click on either the Interventional or NonInterventional Studies sub-tab (as it applies to your study) and answer the remaining questions.
