4.1.3 APT/DPT Integration Features Feature Compatible Integration Type Description APT DPT Remote Call Forwarding Set The subscribers and the Message Manager can program their extensions from a remote location to forward various types of calls to a desired extension or an outside telephone. — ü Time Synchronisation Whenever the PBX sets a new date and time or when DPT Integration is established, the data is automatically registered in the VPS. — ü Timed Reminder Setting*3 Allows subscribers to set the Timed Reminder feature of the PBX using voice prompts. — ü VM Menu*3 Allows subscribers to access subscriber services by navigating through menus shown on their Digital Proprietary Telephones (DPTs). — ü *1 *2 *3 94 DID Call Routing and Toll Saver using DID numbers are only available when the VPS is connected to the following PBXs with DPT Integration. • KX-TD500, software production date code 040901 or later. (KX-TD500C: Q951AB or higher, KX-TD500RU: Q971AB or higher, all other: Q271AD or higher) • • KX-TDE series KX-TDA series, MPR version 1.1 or higher When an incoming trunk call reaches the VPS via the PBX, the VPS will wait about 5 s before answering the call in order to properly receive the Caller ID information from the PBX. This waiting time is determined by the "Waiting Time for Receiving Caller ID" setting (see 2.4.3 Parameters in the Programming Manual). Available when the VPS is connected to a KX-TDE series PBX or a KX-TDA series PBX (MPR version 2.21 or higher). Installation Manual Document Version 2.1 2008/04
