Run View
This parameter tells the server to run a specific View on start-up.
Note:
If the View is not in the default Work Context, then the Change Work Context parameter
must be used to change to the required Work Context for the View.

Value
The name of the View to run. This is the name of the View as
specified in the configuration and is case-sensitive.
Run Layer Shortcut
This parameter tells the server to run a specific layer shortcut on start-up.
Note:
If the layer shortcut is not in the default Work Context, then the Change Work Context
parameter must be used to change to the required Work Context for the layer shortcut.
