The electronic version of the Draft City Plan 2015 has
been designed for easy navigation by providing three

Key functionality
Below is a list of the key functions used in the online Draft City Plan 2015:

Navigation
The left hand navigation pane provides a user-friendly table of
contents.
Click on the + (plus) symbol to expand the table of contents
and the - (minus) symbol to collapse the table of contents.
3.1.2
Hyperlinks
Blue coloured wording contains hyperlinks to other sections of
the Draft City Plan 2015. By clicking on these hyperlinks you
will be taken directly to the relevant page. If you would like to
open the link in a new tab or window right mouse click and
select the relevant option.

Italics
Italicised font has been used to identify names of legislation,
acts and publications.
3.1.4
Search tool
A Search option is available at the top left of the page above
‘Draft City Plan 2015 – Home’ to search specific terms or
topics.

Definitions
Terms which are classified as a ‘definition’ per Schedule 1
Definitions are displayed with a dotted underline.
To view a definition click on the term containing the underline
and a pop up box will appear which will display the definition.

PDF format
You can view and print a section of the Draft City Plan 2015 by
clicking on the ‘View PDF for this section’ button on the top
right hand side of the content display area.
