product. Users of this product must exercise caution
and common sense at all times.

Not for use by children under five (5) years of age.
Do not leave child unattended while in use.
This product should never be used by children except under adult
supervision.
This product may only be used by one person at a time.
The maximum weight of the person using the ball is 85 kg.
Designed for land surface only.
Do not use in open water or swimming pools.
Do not inflate or deflate product while inside of it.
Make sure the product is properly inflated with the air valve closed
tightly.
Monitor inflation during use as temperatures can cause air in the
ball to exspand or contract. Do not leave product in the sun when
not in use.
Always wear the seatbelts inside the product while playing!
Do never bump and jump into another player from behind!
If product appears to be losing air, discontinue use immediately.
Examine the product before and after each use.
Do not use this product if it is damaged or leaking air.
The ball should only be used on grass, artificial turf and in a
Funballz Arena.
Do not use this product under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Pregnant women should not use this product.
People who have back / neck problems, or who have had major
operation within the last 12 months, shall not use the product.
People who have heart problems, epilepsy or suffer from high
blood pressure should not use the product.
People who are under medical treatment in which physical activity
may have negative impact on healing are not recommended to use
the product.
Do not roll this product of any ramp or ledge into water or hard
surface.
Avoid sharp objects.
Take necessary breaks to prevent exhaustion while using this
product.
Store this product deflated and indoor in a cool, dry place.
The manufacturer, Funballz ApS, does not have control over the use of this product and assumes no liability therein. Under no circumstances is Funballz ApS
or the seller, liable for any loss, damage, injury or expenses of any kind arising out of the use of this product. It is the responsibility of the user to determine the
proper suitability and safety of the product during normal use.This product is subject to age, wear and deterioration from use and weather conditions.We strongly
recommend that you inspect the product on a regular basis.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By assembling and inflating this product, you agree that you have read
and understand the entire Funballz´s product manual, including all
instructions and warnings contained in that material prior to using this
product.You additionally agree that you will ensure any additional or
subsequent users of this product will read and understand the entire
user’s manual. Misuse or improper use of this product could result in
risks; dangers and hazards which may result in serious injury or death.
The risks and dangers that may be encountered through the improper
use of this product can be avoided by reading and following the warning
guidelines listed within the user’s manual and by proper use of this
product.Your assembly and use of this product shall be evidence of
your agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to properly
follow the instructions and abide by the warnings set forth within the
product manual.
Your assembly and use of this product shall also constitute a release, to
the extent permitted by law, by you and by any third party permitted
by you to use, in any manner, this product, to Funballz from any and
all liability for any loss, damage, injury and/or expense that you or any
user of this product may suffer as a result of the use of this product.
This release shall extend to any loss, damage, injury or expense due to
any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on
the part of Funballz and/or any party participating in the design and /or
manufacture of this product. The terms of this release shall be effective
and binding upon you, your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators,
assigns and representatives.
Your assembly and use of this product shall constitute your agreement
to assume and accept any or all known or unknown risks of injury to
you and /or to third parties through the use of this product. Funballz
and related parties have not made and hereby expressly deny any oral
or written representation and /or warranty, including warranty for
a particular purpose, other than what is set forth herein and in the
Funballz´s user´s manual.
THE BUMPERZ INCLUDES
• Bumperz PVC carry bag
• Replaceable Velcro belts
• 3 speed safety valves
PRODUCT USE INSTRUCTIONS
• Take the Bumperz out of the box.
• Inflate the Bumperz until it is ferm to the touch (see instruction
video) by using one (1) of the three (3) valves. The air will
automatically distribute itself around the Bumperz when inflating
through only one valve. Be aware not to over inflate as you may
damage/split the Bumperz. If you have over inflated it, you should
allow a few seconds of air to escape and then put on the valve.
• Make sure the valves are tightly closed.
• Remove any sharp object from your pockets and belts before using
the Bumperz. In general keep the Bumperz away from any sharp
objects or objects that may damage it in any other way.
• Adjust the Velcro belts inside the Bumperz according to individual
body size and so they fit your shoulders. Make sure that they keep
the body in a safe and comfortable position all the time.
• Put on the Bumperz and make sure that there are at least 10
centimeters of space between top of head and upper edge of
Bumperz.
• Always keep your hands in the handles in front of you to make
sure navigating the Bumperz correctly.
• Explain the safety warnings and instructions to riders. Make sure
riders know how to get up and out of the Bumperz.

If used on hard surfaces, always wear knee pads to protect your
knees from damage.
In case of emergency, it is possible to release the velcro belts and
quickly get out of the Bumperz.
INFLATION MAINTENANCE
It is not enough to simply fill up and go!
It is important to monitor the amount of air in this product, as heat will
cause the bladder to expand, possibly causing damage to the seams. If
you leave a full product standing in the sun for an extended period of
time, it may be necessary to let some air escape to relieve pressure.
At the same time, if it is stored out of the sun in a cool place, you may
need to add air. Check and adjust inflation levels each time you use
your product.You will have more fun and your product will last for a
longer period.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• Very little care is required for the Bumperz.You may clean your
product using soap, water or ”child-safe” anti-bacterial wipes
between each ride (just the part above the handles where the face
is pointing).
• The product, when clean and dry, can be deflated and stored in a
cool, dry area out of direct sunlight.
• To deflate, simply release the valves from the product. Avoid
storing this product in areas of extreme temperatures and please
take precautions against animals and rodents.
• Secure the product against unauthorized and unsupervised use.
• Inspect the product before each use and replace any worn,
defective or missing parts.
• Do not use the product if any part has punctures, frays, tears or
holes worn in the TPU or seams. If you get a puncture, repair with
TearAid which can be bought at funballz.com webshop.
• Do not use any part of the product that has any deterioration
whatsoever.
• Discontinue use immediately should the product appear to be
losing air. Do not use the product if it is sagging in any way.
WARRANTY POLICY
Funballz warrants, to the original purchaser only, that their high
performance products, when used for normal recreational purposes,
are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT
cover: products for rental, for hire and other uses not considered for
normal recreational purposes, nor punctures, cuts, abrasions in normal
use. Warranty does not cover broken welds caused by too much or too
little air pressure in the ball.
Spare parts such as belts, valves, repair kit, bags can be purchased
separately at funballz.com
Prior authorization is required for returned products. No credit will be
given for a product that is sent back without prior authorization from
Funballz.
