End Joints
End joints of subsequent
rolls of RENOLIT ALKORPLAN
roofing membrane must be
cleaned to remove any tape or
adhesive used in the rolling of
the membrane and then must
be overlapped by 250 mm and
then welded in the normal way.
The end joints across the roof
must be staggered to give a
minimum of 500 mm between
each joint.
Exposed corners of RENOLIT
ALKORPLAN roofing membrane
field sheet must be rounded.
Ensure that the diameter of
this rounded effect on the
corner is same over the whole
roof. This will give the roof a
neat appearance.
