- Insert the Corresponding connector into the phone, The LED of the
Sam-total clip will turn-on.
- Immediately power-on the phone, The LED of the Sam-total clip
will go-off and “TAT-mode” will be entered. (“TAT-Mode” could
be seen on the screen of the phone).
- The LED will flash a few times while processing data sent and
received from the phone. Wait until the LED flashes frequently,
then the phone is unlocked successfully.
.: For x490, x495 phone :.
- Insert the corresponding connector into the phone, the LED of the
Sam-total clip will turn-on.
- Immediately power-on the phone, The LED of the Sam-total clip
will go-off and “TAT-mode”” will be entered. (“The x490 startup
screen will be entered and freezed”).
- The LED will flash a few times while processing data sent and
received from the phone. Wait until the LED flashes frequently.
- Insert a card which is not accepted, when the phone says “invalid
simcard”, enter “00000000” and press OK, the phone is unlocked
successfully.

Sam-clip will turn-on.
- Power-on the phone and wait until the LED flashes and fading a
few times.

- Power-on the phone properly before connecting it to the Sam-clip.
- Insert the corresponding connector into the phone, the LED of the
Sam-clip will turn-on.
- Power-on the phone and wait until the LED flashes and fading a
few times.

.: For Security-code of Samsung :.
Use the clip as unlocking the simlock. The ‘security code’ will be reset to
‘00000000’. If the phone still do not accept the ‘security code’, please
enter the following code: *2767*2878# or *2767*3855#
.: Troubleshooting :.
Q: The Sam-clip do not process the data after entering the TAT-mode,
the LED is turned-off and nothing happens. What is wrong?
A: Some TAT-mode phones are stuck in some state, so they just enter the
TAT-mode but do not output any information-data. The solution is:
enter the following code into the phone, *2767*2878#, the EEprom of the
phone will be reseted and the Sam-total-clip can process the phone
again.
Q: The clip do not power-on, what could be wrong?
A: The connector of the phone may be dirty, so it does not output any
power. Solution: Clean the connector of the phone.
