8.3 Maintenance schedule
Maintenance tasks are described in the sections below
that are required for optimal and trouble-free operation.
If increased wear is detected during regular inspections,
then reduce the required maintenance intervals according
to the actual indications of wear.

back] if you have questions concerning maintenance tasks
and intervals.
Interval
Maintenance task
After each 8 hours
With high load and with use of coolant:
 Grease the clamping device
 For heavy pollution complete cleaning [see
»Cleaning«].
After each 20 hours
With normal load and with use of coolant:
 Grease the clamping device
 For heavy pollution complete cleaning [see
»Cleaning«].
After 1000–1500 hours Completely disassemble and clean the clamping device
[see section »Cleaning«].
