Users are free to generate the secret key or not. If the user decides to generate the secret key, it will be kept in a file
located in the installation directory of CryptoMailer. It is encrypted with the serial number. It is HIGHLY RECOMMANDED
to keep the secret key on a removable data support (diskette, USB memory stick, etc.) in a safe place.
Please contact our support team if you need to recover data after having lost your Passphrase.
2.2 Possible problems during installation
File already exists
During installation, a number of files are created by CryptoMailer. Sometimes, files can not be created because an older
version of the same file already exists. A message will be displayed to the user (if that happens, it is likely to be the file
« cryptmlr.dll »).
We recommend to Cancel the installation, delete the file manually and restart the installation.
