ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the base on a level surface.
2. Screw the threaded rod (C) into the hex nut (B),
3. Place the shade (D) over the end of the threaded rod (C)
and tighten with the finial (E) securing the shade in place.
4. Insert the bulb into the bulb socket.
Recommended (2) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb
Or (2) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives

PARA REDUCIR DAÑOS MINIMO.
1. Coloque la base sobre una superficie plana.
2. Atornille la varilla roscada (C) en la tuerca hexagonal (B),
3. Coloque la pantalla (D) sobre el extremo de la varilla roscada (C)
y apriete con el remate (E) que sujetan la pantalla en su lugar.
4. Inserte la bombilla en el portalámparas.
Recomendado (2) un máximo de 60 vatios Tipo "A" bombilla
O (2) máximo 13WATT bombilla CFL
(Bombilla no incluida)
Limpieza de su lámpara.
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un paño húmedo. No utilice productos abrasivos
