ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the base on a level surface.
2. Insert bulbs into bulb sockets (B).
3. Place shade (C) onto brackets (A) and screw finial
(D), securing the shade in place.
Uses (3) maximum 60Watt Type “A” Bulbs
Or (3) maximum 13Watt CFL Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

atornille el remate (D) asegurando la pantalla en su
lugar.

O (3) máximo bulbos CFL de 13 vatios

Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
