Mounting Instructions: Place pipe collar or flange on ¾” OD schedule 40 pipe and slide metal brackets of windsock frame over the pipe. Place second collar of flange above frame. Pull windsock over the frame and align holes in windsock. Insert ties or cord (not included) through holes of frame from the inside of the frame and then through holes of the windsock.
