The main body and feedscrew is constructed of cast aluminum, and comes with a stainless steel feed pan and pusher. The precutter, knife and blades are made of tool steel. There is an optional stainless steel receiving tray and sausauge horn available. There are also 6 additional blades sizes available , 1/16”, 3/16” , 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8” and 1/2”.
