About the product:
Aztech 300Mbps Wall-plugged Wireless-N Repeater, WL559E
enables users to gain Wi-Fi access freely environment by picking
up existing wireless signals from router or access point and
bouncing off to other areas that experience unstable or
inconsistent wireless coverage. The sleek and elegant design
seamlessly integrates into any home environment without the
sight of messy wiring or cabling.
Wi-Fi Repeater in Any Wall Outlet at Home or Office
Aztech WL559E is the latest Wi-Fi repeater model that follows
WL556E, the first Wi-Fi repeater designed with an in-built power
adapter. Unlike Wi-Fi repeaters that require an external power
supply adapter, the innovative wall-plugged design empowers
users to plug it directly into any available power outlet.
Robust 300Mbps Wireless-N Speed
300Mbps Wireless-N speed ensures faster wireless connection
between devices. MIMO technology provides better overall
coverage against weak Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi dead spots and enables
users to stream multiple HD content wirelessly from
Internet-enabled TVs, game consoles and media players without
lag.
Dynamic RSSI for Intelligent Guidance to the Best Possible
Wi-Fi Spot!
Received Signal Strength Indicators (RSSI) are LED indicators that
intelligently determine the wireless signal strength received
from the router. By reading the number of illuminated LED
indicators, users can assess if the area that Aztech WL559E is
plugged into is the recommended location for best Wi-Fi
coverage. For example: A single illuminated LED indicates that
the area where Aztech WL559E is plugged into has weak Wi-Fi
coverage. The user should then plug the Wi-Fi repeater to
another available wall outlet. Two LED indicators show
recommended Wi-Fi coverage while three LED indicators
suggest excellent coverage.
Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) Button for Fast and Easy
Installation
Users can automatically add Aztech WL559E to their existing
network by pressing the WPS button located at the top of the
product. Simply press the WPS button for approximately 5 seconds
and within a span of 2 minutes, press the router’s WPS button for 2
seconds. An intuitive web interface allows a step-by-step guide in
the set-up process.

1. GREEN
*LED should be ON if WL559E is connected to Router and
RSSI value is equal to HIGH. *LED should be OFF while
WL559E is booting up. *LED should be OFF while WL559E is
doing WPS authentication.
2. GREEN
*LED should be ON if WL559E is connected to Router and
RSSI value is greater than or equal to MID. *LED should be
OFF while WL559E is booting up. *LED should be OFF while
WL559E is doing WPS authentication
3. GREEN
*LED should be blinking if WL559E is NOT connected to any
Router. *LED should be ON if WL559E is connected to Router
and RSSI value is greater than or equal to LOW. *LED should
be OFF while WL559E is booting up. *LED should be OFF
while WL559E is doing WPS authentication.
AMBER
*LED should be ON during boot up. After fully bootup, LED
will OFF. *LED should be blinking for 2 mins once WPS button
is pressed. *LED should stop blinking and ON for 5 secs when
WPS authentication is successful. Then LED should be OFF.
*LED should be OFF if WL559E is connected to Router.
