Installing NetVision telephones
Checking or updating your NVPA software version
If you are not sure if you have the latest NVPA application, you can go to the Symbol website
given in “Gathering system information before you start” on page 8 or you can look under the Help
menu item in your application, if it is version 1.2.0 or greater. Refer to the following figure.

In your NVPA application, click on Help and
select About
This will open the dialog box shown below.
Click on the website
to access current
NVPA information.
Note: If you upgrade your version of NVPA, remember to uninstall the existing version
on your computer before you install the new version.
