Memory Module Specification KVR133X64SC3L/128 CL3 PC133 SDRAM 144-Pin SODIMM Memory Module DESCRIPTION: This document describes ValueRAM's CL3 16M x 64-bit (128MB) SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) PC133 Small Outline DIMM memory module. The components on this module include eight 8M x 16-bit (2M x 16-bit x 4 Bank) CL3 PC133 SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 144-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V.
