HOW TO USE Pour the mixture quickly but carefully on the middle of the cooking surface. When the pool is about 2-3cm from edge, stop pouring! Allow to cook for a couple of minutes then use the spatula to carefully turn it over. Use the spatula again to fold the pancake and remove to a serving plate.
