CONFERENCE CALLS
A total of eight parties, any of which may be on outside
lines, can participate in a conference.
To establish a conference
1. Make the first call.
2. On the Avanti 3020, press {CONFERENCE}.
On the Avanti 3015D, press {CONF}.
3. Make the next call.
After the call is answered:
4. Press {JOIN} .
Repeat steps 2 through 4 to add up to five more parties to
the conference, using the [CONFERENCE] button instead
of the softkey (in step 2).
If there are more conference participants a {NEXT} softkey
appears. Press it to view the rest of the list of participants.
After pressing {NEXT} you can return to the previous display by pressing {PREVIOUS} (3020 set) or {PREV}
(3015D set).
To remove an outside line party from the conference
(if a [DROP] button is programmed for your set)
1. Press the softkey of the outside line you want to
remove from the conference.
2. Press [DROP].
