Viewing, saving, printing and e-mailing History Reports
using the CoZmanager® 2.0 PC Communications Software
You can download all of the history reports stored
in your pump’s memory onto your PC. If you use
the CoZmonitor® Blood Glucose Module with your
pump, there is an additional report available in the
CoZmanager® 2.0 software called the Logbook which
contains all delivery information as well as information for all blood glucose tests performed.
By saving a complete record of your pump’s history,
you and your healthcare provider can review and
spot trends in you diabetes management program. If
you want your healthcare provider to look over your
history reports, you can quickly and easily print or
e-mail them.
Make sure the software is installed on your computer
before beginning (see page 118).
Communicating with the pump
• If you have a CoZmonitor® Blood Glucose Module
attached to the pump, detach it.
• Place the pump’s IR windows two to four inches
away from the PC’s IR port or USB IR adapter.
There must be no obstructions between the pump
and the adapter.
• In order to initiate communications, the pump
must display one of its home screens. When the
pump displays a home screen it starts a 15-second
timer. If communications have not been established in that time, the pump will stop looking for
something with which to communicate. Therefore,
to allow yourself the maximum time for communications, navigate to a home screen or, if you are
already on one, move to another.
