DISPENSING STEAM
DISPENSING MAY BE PRECEDED BY SHORT SPURTS OF HOT WATER AND SCALDING
IS POSSIBLE. THE HOT WATER/STEAM WAND MAY REACH HIGH TEMPERATURES: DO
NOT TOUCH IT WITH BARE HANDS. USE THE APPROPRIATE HANDLE ONLY.

Place a container with the
beverage to be frothed beneath
the hot water/steam wand.

Press the
button.

Turn the knob to the
position.

The display shows “brewing...
steam”
Heat the beverage by gently
swirling the container while steam
is dispensed.

Repeat the operation to
froth another beverage.
After dispensing steam, clean the wand as described on page 27.
When you have finished, turn
the knob until it is in the rest
position ( ).
