X3% = event number, 1 through 99.
X3^ = event buffer. For x36:
0 = receive
1 = user
2 = NVRAM
X3& = event buffer offset, 0 to maximum
buffer size.
X3* = Event data size. For x38:
b = bit
B = byte (8 bits)
S = short (16 bits)
L = long (32 bits)
X5$ = data element value in ASCII from event
buffer (leading zeros suppressed).
