No Menu Configuração, selecionar "Atualizar software --> Versão atual". INFORMAÇÕES ÚTEIS DESBLOQUEIO DO APARELHO. Caso o cliente esquecer o código de bloqueio de canais / classificação indicativa, entre com o código “0; 8; 1; 2” para desbloquear e entre com nova senha. A senha inicial de fábrica é 0; 0; 0; 0. MODO DE SERVIÇO ENTRAR NO MODO SERVIÇO. Pressione a tecla MENU, selecione Contraste e pressione a sequencia "9; 7; 3; 5" Menu do modo serviço: Main\Factory 1- Factory hotkey On / Off Mostra o modo fábrica indicando a versão do Software, piscando na tela. 2- WARM-UP On / Off (somente com o Factory hotkey On) Comuta as telas R, G, B, White, Black. Para sair, pressione a tecla Menu do aparelho. 3- ADC Sem função 4- White Balance ENTER Ajuste da escala de cinza das entradas, Componente, AV, HDMI, PC, é ajustado somente no modo HDMI. 5- SHOP init (Option) Do > Reset em todos os ajustes da TV e entra no modo Configuação inicial. 6- NVM reset Do > OK Reset dos ajustes internos. 8- Power on mode LAST On STB Muda o modo do estado de retorno de energia, último modo, ligado ou standby 9- USB UPDATE (Option) Entra no menu de atualização da TV. (utilizado somente para a atualização do Mboot) Mboot Upgrade Inserir dispositivo USB com software Mboot, selecione Mboot Upgrade e dê ENTER. Selecione sim dê ENTER o software deve estar no formato bin (V8-6328L03-LF1V0xx). 0- Device ID test Do (sem função) Sem função. SW NO: Informa a versão do software instalado. Project Name: mostra o modelo do aparelho (modelo do fornecedor) SIACP Version: informa a versão. Date: informa a data de atualização do Software. MODO HOTEL E PRÉ-AJUSTES ENTRAR NO MODO HOTEL. Selecionar contraste no MENU imagem. Sem entrar no ajuste do contraste, pressionar a sequencia "1; 9; 5; 0". Design mode hotkey Mostra o modo fábrica indicando a versão do Software, piscando na tela. 1 - Factory Menu Entra no Menu Main\Factory 2 - SHOP setting Entra no menu de ajuste de Loja. (porém naão tem função ajustável) 3 - Other Settings Entra no Menu Main\Other (onde o ítem WHITE PATTERN mostra as telas coloridas) Os outros ítems são ajustes de desenvolvimento. 4 - Service menu Entra no menu product info que dá acesso a informações do aparelho: ID do projeto Error Code (Ativo Inativo), USB Update (Main\Setting Menu) e Hotel enable (Ativo Inativo) Ativo / Inativo Habilita e desabilita o modo Hotel. Hotel enable 5 - Param Setting Entra no menu de pré ajustes do aparelho (não desajustar) 6 - Hotel menu Entra no Menu de ajustes do modo Hotel: Inativo Ativo Habilita e desabilita o logo ao ligar. POWER LOGO Ativo Habilita e desabilita acesso ao menu sintonia. Bloqueio de canais Inativo MAX VOL 0~100 Determina o volume máximo da TV. Inativo Ativo Auto definição Ativo - habilita o pre-ajuste do PIC (Standard, Vivido, Suave, Utilizador) e o POWER VOL ( volume do som ao ligar 0~100) Seleciona a fonte em que deve ligar fonte entrada (TV, AV1, YPBPR, AV2, PC HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3) Seleciona o canal da TV em que deve ligar. Programar canal (fonte entrada deve estar em TV) KEY LOCK Inativo Ativo Habilita e desabilita as teclas da TV. Copiar > Do Copia os ajustes do menu hotel para USB. Clone > Do Copia os ajustes do menu hotel do USB para a TV. INFORMAÇÃO/GRAVAÇÃO DE SOFTWARE GRAVAÇÃO DE PROGRAMAS (SOFTWARE) NO CI. Mboot Gravado com GANG WRITER no IC - U302A 514931 CIRC INT W25Q16 518777 CIRC INT MBOOT 32/4064(B) GRAV Versão V8-6328L03-LF1Vxxx (2M) SW principal Gravado com GANG WRITER no IC - U301A 514904 CIRC INT TC58NVG1S3ETA00 518795 CIRC INT MAIN-SW 32/4064(B GRV (gravado) Versão V8-6328L03-LF1Vxxx (85M) Obs: Ao consertar um aparelho com defeito nesses circuitos integrados, há a necessidade de trocar por um CI já gravado. Ao trocar o circuito integrado gravado 518777, há a necessidade de gravar também o MAC adress e o HDCP. Sem a gravação MAC adress, o aparelho deixará de conectar à rede e sem o HDCP key, não aceitará imagem HD da entrada HDMI. 03 ATUALIZAÇÃO DE SOFTWARE ATUALIZAÇÃO DO SOFTWARE PRINCIPAL NO APARELHO. A atualização do software NA tv é feito via entrada USB, com software copiado no pen Drive no formato: Vxxx Salve o novo software MS6328LA03_FULL_UPGRADE (bin) no diretório raiz do USB. Conecte o USB com a TV desligada ou em “standby” (a TV deve estar com as teclas de controle) desconecte o cabo de força da tomada. Pressione e segure a tecla “power”, conecte o cabo de força na tomada e libere a tecla após 2~5, o LED da placa sensor/LED irá piscar e a atualização iniciará, com uma janela de mensagem de alerta e o LED piscando. Caso versão seja do tipo "V8-6328L03-LF1Vxxx" (bin) atualize pelo menu. Quando a TV voltar a funcionar normalmente, estará finalizada, restaure os ajustes de fábrica para efetivar o novo software. ATUALIZAÇÃO DO SOFTWARE MBOOT NO APARELHO Salve o novo software MBOOT no formato V8-6328L03-LB1Vxxx (bin) no diretório raiz do USB e conecte na TV em funcionamento. Entre no menu imagem e selecione “Contraste”. Entre no modo serviço digitando o código “9735” e selecione “9” USB UPDATE (Option) e pressione “ENTER” para abrir a janela “Main\Setting menu”. Selecione “Mboot Upgrade” e pressione “ENTER”, na janela “Tem a certeza?”, selecione “SIM” e confirme com “ENTER” para iniciar a atualização, aguarde para que a TV atualize o “Mboot“ e retornar ao funcionamento normal Quando a TV voltar a funcionar normalmente, estará finalizada, restaure os ajustes de fábrica para efetivar o novo software. IDENTIFICAÇÃO DO PAINEL/MODELO IDENTIFICAÇÃO DO PAINEL/MODELO. Ao trocar a placa/memória por uma placa de um outro modelo, há a necessidade de informar ao software em qual painel/modelo será utilizado. Após a troca da placa/memórias, o sistema não reconhece automaticamente o painel que será utilizado e a tela poderá ficar totalmente escura, onde nem o MENU aparece. Com o LED aceso, entre com o código abaixo para reconhecimento do painel/modelo, mesmo com a tela totalmente escura. A imagem deverá aparecer.
